The company has a unit dealing with design of the buildings, in the form of the necessary technical and other documentation for the construction sites for the needs of the company itself, as well as the development of projects for third parties. The project bureau deals with design that encompasses every aspect of the building, from foundations, through installations and equipment, to interior solutions.
In addition to the development of project documentation for obtaining a building permit, our architects and designers, in agreement with clients, create 3D models of the building and interiors, as well as presentations for different needs. We provide expert advice to the clients until a building permit is obtained, or with the Power of Attorney we perform these tasks for them.
The project bureau in its reference has many years of experience in designing residential, public, business, industrial, agricultural, sports and religious facilities. The bureau is constantly working on developement projects in our own realization or in cooperation with other companies. The topics we deal with are modular construction systems (from prefabricated elements to complete housing units), renewable energy sources (cogeneration plants on biomass and biogas) and energy efficiency.
We also produce documentation for the legalization of buildings, demolition projects as well as technical control of project documentation (technical control is subject to a Project for a building permit).

The construction of the facilities is carried out within the Operative in which the activities are organized on the construction site itself, as well as in the cooperation and commercial sector. In addition to the permanent employees of the company and our own technical equipment, we realize a lot of tasks through the engagement of the contractors that meet the professional, personnel as well as mechanization fit-out for the specific needs of the project. Our company provides site managers who organize all works and subcontractors. These professionals on the construction site provide good organization, quality building and control of works.

The maximum length of the panel is 13.50m, and it is possible to order custom panels. Delivery time is by agreement, but above than 10 days.
